ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND PROCESS RESPONSIBILITIES
(Other duties may be assigned as necessary)

Inventory Counters - Cycle Counts
- Performs counts to the designated aisles/levels to verify accuracy of pick's inventory.
- Records findings in inventory report.
- Provides feedback to Stock Control Clerk.

Inventory Counters - Problem Picks
- Verifies count on pick locations that created problems during shipping.
- Records findings in inventory sheets.
- Provides feedback to Stock Control Clerk.

Inventory Counters - Available
- Uses the Available Slot report to verify that all scheduled letdowns have been completed.
- Records findings in inventory sheets.
- Provides feedback to Stock Control Clerk.

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND KEY COMPETENCIES PREFERRED
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Basic math skills (+, -, *, /)
- Basic reading and writing skills
- Able to communicate effectively
- Attention to detail
- Able to work in a Team based environment
- Able to operate machines or equipment in a safe, independent manner
- Good interpersonal skills
- Bi-lingual language skill is a plus
- Good organization skills

PHYSICAL AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Able to repetitively lift 25lbs. to 60lbs. for the duration of shift, 10 to 12 hours.
- Able to occasionally lift 60lbs to 80 lbs. for the duration of shift, 10 to 12 hours.
- Must be capable of standing, walking, and squatting for extended periods of time during shift.
- Must be capable of working in either a hot or cold environment for the duration of shift.
- Must be able to work day and night shifts, holidays and weekends.
